When you upgrade to a bundle, we credit your existing setup fee toward the bundle pricing and adjust your monthly rate. You're never penalised for starting small - and you never pay to build the same integration twice.
Voice + Chat typically takes 3-4 weeks from kickoff to live. Chat + Automation runs 4-6 weeks depending on the agentic complexity we're building together. The Complete AI Stack is 6-8 weeks - we run parallel workstreams where possible but integrated systems need proper testing before go-live. We'd rather take an extra week and launch cleanly than rush and fix problems on your live customers.
Good question. The Complete AI Stack includes voice, chat, and agentic automation as three connected products. The AI Business System is a more tightly integrated product - it's specifically designed around an agentic voice agent that takes action (writes to CRM, books appointments, triggers workflows) rather than just routing calls. After your minimum period, you can adjust, upgrade, or cancel with 30 days notice. Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable as they cover real build work.
